Principal's Corner

End of the Year Letter from Mr. Walls

Dear Parents,

The 2016-2017 school year is coming to a close. It has been a great year at Redland Elementary School. I would like to say a special thank you to all the wonderful parents and volunteers we have here at RES. Your ongoing support throughout the year is a gift to our school and community. Redland parents and volunteers fill our school with positive support, and allow us to offer a fulfilling education and environment with the support that you give. When families are involved student achievement improves, communication increases, and teacher morale improves. Your genuine interest and investment in your child’s education is evident and RES students ultimately benefit.

The RES PTO deserves special acknowledgement for the hours given to make our school great. Their participation and activities help keep our school running. Thank you PTO!

To the students moving on; Redland Elementary School is proud to have served you, and we wish you the best of luck on the next step of your journey. You make us proud.

As I reflect on my first year as your Principal, I am amazed at everything we have accomplished. I know none of it would have been possible without your support. I am excited to be a part of the RES family. It is my commitment to each of you to be dedicated to the children that we serve, and work every day to make RES a place where children thrive.

As we near the summer holidays, I want to wish you and your family a safe and enjoyable summer vacation.

Sincerely,

Chad Walls
